Prayer Request

A friend of my sisters, Jackie, is in desperate need of our prayers right now. She found out the weekend before Christmas that her 2 1/2 year old son has a very aggressive form of cancer. He has 2 tumors on his brain and nodules on his spine. After operating on one of the tumors, he developed pneumonia and had to have a tube placed in his nasal cavity. He desperately needs radiation but b/c of his age and the long term effects, they are going to try chemo first. There is a 30 % chance it will work. If it doesn't, they'll consider doing radiation but the lasting effects can be very serious at such a young age. As the mother of a 3 year old little boy, this hits all too close to home and I can't even begin to imagine what she is experiencing at this time. Please, please, please get on your knees and pray for this heartbroken mother and her precious little boy, Nate! God has the ability to turn the 30% into 100% so pray that He will make his presence known.
