Settling back in...

We are officially back in school mode at our house and couldn't have asked for a better first week. Day 1 was hard on mommy but days 2-5 turned out to be much easier. Kase loves his new teacher and has already earned 5 "WOW" stamps. Very exciting for him b/c you get a prize after 15. I have a feeling he'll be getting a lot of "prizes" since he never had to move his "color card" last school year.

Keller, on the other hand, has already spent some time in the "thinking chair" at his new school. He and his sweet teacher have established the code word "hands" to help him remember to keep them to himself. Hopefully, she'll have better luck at teaching him that valuable lesson since we've been unsuccessful at home. But then again, we have a big brother in the house and that always makes things a little bit harder. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it. Regardless of whether or not they're earning "WOW" stamps or sitting in the thinking chair, we are so very proud of our precious little ones and feel extremely blessed that they get to spend the day w/such great teachers!
