fun at frisco fire station #3

The boys and I ventured over to Frisco a couple of weeks ago to help Landon celebrate his 5th birthday at the Frisco Fire Station #3.

Keller was a little nervous about going and kept asking if he could just stay home. It didn't matter that there would be no one at home to watch him; he was convinced he could stay home all by himself. After spending our entire 40 minute trip talking about what would and wouldn't be taking place at the party, he finally felt a little more at ease about getting out of the car. He didn't venture far from my side nor did he care to be near the firetruck but he still had a good time and couldn't wait to get home and tell daddy all about it.

Kase, on the other hand, really took it all in and couldn't wait to sit inside the truck and ring the bell.

By the end of the party, Keller was ready to ring the bell

and say "cheese" by the friendly fire truck.

The boys had a great time and I, of course, enjoyed visiting w/friends I don't get to see very often. Happy Birthday Landen; thanks for allowing us to be a part of your special day!
