Monday, the boys and I ran over to their favorite "outside mall", Firewheel. I needed to exchange a pair of shoes for Tony so I thought it would be a quick trip. The boys had other plans and I'm so glad I played along...we had an absolute blast together!
No, Keller I don't think those fit just yet...maybe in a few years.
The weather was beautiful so we stopped off at the playground, had a picnic {Sonic}, made wishes while tossing coins in the fountain and ate a cookie. The holidays left me feeling a bit overwhelmed so it was so nice to slow down and enjoy the simple things. Things like...
making silly faces
laughing out loud
watching your penny fall to the bottom of the fountain
taking a bite of your favorite cookie
and getting the icing all over your face
making a wish by yourself
and sharing it with your brother!
Speaking of wishes, we wish you and your family a New Year filled with Gods many blessings!
To my two precious children...my wish came true when you were born but I'll toss coins in the fountain w/you anytime.
