Santa stopped at our house...

As if they didn't get enough stuff on Christmas Eve {thanks mom & dad, can we store some of this at your house?}....

Santa stopped by and left more goodies by the fireplace and even left a surprise in the backyard. No, Lily Pearl, he didn't forget about you.

Once again, too many pictures so here goes another slideshow w/quotes of what we heard on Christmas morning...I'm getting good at this!

Needless to say, we had operation clean out in the playroom to make room for the new toys. After that, my OCD was in full force so we ended up cleaning out every closet in the house, including the linen closet. Who in the world needs 5 sheet sets and 2 duvet covers for one bed? What was I thinking when I bought those? I'm sure they were on sale and I hated to pass up a good bargain...next time you can bet I'll leave those sitting on the clearance rack. RIDICULOUS! We won't even talk about the clothes I pulled out of the boys closets w/tags still on them. INSANE! What makes my stomach hurt even more is that both boys have birthdays coming up; Keller's is Tuesday and Kase's is in February. When asked what they want, I'm going to suggest underwear, socks, pajamas, or better yet; totes to store some of this "stuff". They're on sale for $4 at Walmart...doesn't that sound like a perfect gift for a 3 and 6 year old?

I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas; enjoy the rest of 2008 b/c a new year is just around the corner. Class of 94, you know what that means...we're 3/4 of the way to our 20 year class reunion. Gosh, I'm getting old...wrinkle creme, here I come!!
