Sunday Snapshots

Today was a very eventful day at our house. Kase lost his very first tooth...YIPPEE!

The missing top one had to be surgically removed when he was 4 so it doesn't count; although, the tooth fairy did come. The one he lost today was one of his bottom front teeth so now he has a little gap on that side of his mouth. He had some trouble biting into his lunch but by dinner time, he had figured it out.

If something exciting happens to one child, the other must follow. Keller didn't lose a tooth but he sure did a number on his nose. It's hard to see it in the picture but he has a huge knot b/w the eyes and it's already turned black and blue.

He was practicing his swing and swung a little too hard and instead of hitting the ball, he hit his own nose. Thank goodness we took bunny pictures this morning before it happened because between Kase's scratch on his eye and Keller's bruised nose, someone might've called CPS on me. I think it's going to be OK but if he wakes up in the morning w/black eyes, we might be making a trip to the doctor to make sure it's not broke. The pain didn't last long b/c as soon as Papa rang the door bell, he was ready to go back outside.

"Papa, push me way high!"

Grammer arrived a few minutes later and decided to show off a few of her moves on the trampoline.

She may be the one who ends up at the doctor in the morning. Either that or unable to get out of bed b/c her legs are cramped up. The kids laughed so hard and thought it was so cool that their Grammer can do a seat drop on the trampoline. Better eat a banana when you get home!

As I mentioned earlier, we had bunny pictures taken today but I haven't had a chance to scan it in and upload what I took w/my personal camera. For now, use your imagination b/c that's what Kase was doing when he told me, "Look Mommy, I'm the Easter bunny"!
