Jumping and Jiving

On Sunday afternoon, Kase did a little birthday celebrating Jump & Jive style for his friend Cody. There were about 20 kids {mostly boys} and they jumped, jived {danced}, ran and climbed the entire hour and a half w/out ever taking a break. They wore me out and all I did was sit and read a magazine...oh, and take a few pictures.

What I would give to have the energy of a 6 year old again! Kase had a blast playing w/some of his classmates but he was definitely tuckered out by the time we left.

He was so tired that he got himself ready for bed and was in bed asleep before I ever made it in to tell him goodnight. Now that's one tired little boy...sweet dreams!

P.S. In reference to his battle wound, no, I didn't scratch him; nor, did he get beat up by his little brother. He had a fight w/the top end of a broomstick and obviously, it won!
