Those are the words I heard tonight after Kase figured out how to get to the very top shelf in his closet. One day as a 1st grader and we're already a little big for our britches. He and Keller wanted to play w/the puzzles and a few of the games that we keep up high so rather than wait on us {patience is his weakness}; Kase decided he was in 1st grade so it was time to learn a few new tricks. I'm still not sure how he reached them but some things are better left unknown and I think that's one of them. For all I know, he stood on a chair and climbed up the wall or used the bar as a means of catapulting himself up there. Fortunately, he didn't come tumbling down and break a leg b/c I know our little scholar wouldn't want to miss a day of 1st grade. Way too much fun was had in Mrs. Edwards class today.
So much fun that he wants to go back tomorrow...and the next day and the next day! Tony and I better fasten our seat belts. I think we're in for one exciting ride b/c according to Kase; "he can do lots of really hard things now b/c he's in 1st grade". What "things" he's referring to no one knows but we have the next 186 school days to find out...should be adventurous!
Especially since we already have one that does his own stunts, tricks and other daring moves.
Look at that face...not only is it precious; it has mischievous written all over it.
I love you little monster and 1st grader....you made my heart smile all day long!
