Rain, rain go away so we can watch a football game...

Our football team is off to a great start and since I have several students playing on varsity this year, I decided it was time to get out and support them.

Unfortunately, the game we chose to attend was in a rain delay when we arrived. It was supposed to start at 7:30 but was pushed back to 8:00. The boys were having a great time so we decided to wait it out. Keller was in the zone as he watched the boys warm up and

Kase just used that time to catch up on some reading.

However, at 8:00, it started lightening so we headed for shelter under the bleachers...not that it was much safer but at least we were standing on concrete and not sitting on metal bleachers. By 8:30, the boys were getting antsy so we decided to call it a night. The game eventually started at 9:00 and the Jags came away with a victory!
