This mother's day was probably the best I've ever had. Not because of any special plans but because three precious boys made it a wonderful day for me! After a late night at our high school prom I was hoping to sleep in but two anxious little boys couldn't wait to get my day started. They came running in at 7:30 to tell me "happy mother's day". I rolled over, peeled my eyes open to see them standing there holding their handmade gifts and cards, along w/a card from daddy. Decorated pots, a handprint plaque and beautifully designed cards always leave this mommy in tears. So, so sweet. As much as I enjoyed getting a giftcard for a massage and pedicure, nothing can top the precious thoughts and time they put into making their gifts. They truly are priceless!
After eating breakfast, it was off to church {an amazing service w/a very powerful message} and then lunch w/the Lindeman side of the family.
The boys always look forward to seeing their cousins and getting to spend the day at Maw-maws house. Her yard really is designed for busy, rambunctious boys in that she has plenty of room to run and play, a variety of places to swing,
plenty of dirt for digging, trees fences for climbing
and bugs just waiting to be caught.
Keller dug around in Maw-maws shed and found a few balls to play with and even an old wagon to ride around in.
Thank you to my wonderful husband and two treasures for making it a special day for mommy. You guys are truly amazing-I love you always and forever!
