First tournament of 2012

Baseball season has started and it has pretty much taken over our calendar but that is perfectly fine with me.

We enjoy being outdoors, Keller loves baseball, and cheering for our boys warms my heart so it's a win-win for all of us!

However, I will say this last tournament left me feeling like I might need some blood pressure medicine and I'm pretty sure my mom would agree. She commented on four different occasions how thankful she was to have girls because it was too tense of an environment for her...especially during the championship game! She's obviously forgotten about the weeks leading up to Stingerette try-outs and the atmosphere at dance competitions because I'm certain those days were just as tense and way more emotional than baseball games. Love you mom and thanks for keeping us calm!

Our boys won one and lost one on Saturday and then battled their way back through the losers bracket but came up one run short in the championship game Sunday afternoon.

It was the first tournament of the year and the boys looked awesome so I know it's going to be another great season of Texans baseball!
