last game of the season

Keller played his last game of the season last weekend and they definitely saved their best game for last.

The Eagles played their hearts out and almost pulled off an upset in beating the undefeated team. Tony tells me "almost" doesn't count in sports but it sure did that day b/c it proved they could play w/the best of the best. Keller did play a little more this game but still made sure he had time on the sideline to check out the water drainage systems....

and play chase w/the other boys who also needed frequent breaks.

What a fun first season of flag football! It tested our patience at times but looking back, Keller enjoyed every single minute w/his teammates and that's what it's all about. Who cares that he hid under bleachers, climbed fences, dug in the dirt, conversated about "boy stuff'", and clowned around weekly; he had a great time and that makes me smile!

Just looking at that precious face makes me smile...I love you Keller Bug!
