ScaRe oN tHe SqUaRe

It appears I forgot a very important part of our Halloween festivities....Scare on the Square. We began this tradition a couple of years ago and the kids{and adults} look forward to it every year. Of course, our first stop on the square is always Grammar's store.

The boys can't wait to show off their costumes and get loaded up on candy. They also know Papa and/or Grammar are going to give them some "dollars"....rotten, rotten, rotten!

Our friends met us this year and we had such a good time w/all of them.

Mr. Social even met a new friend. I love that kids skip right over the awkward phase and become fast friends...so cute!

Christmas on the Square is coming and we can't wait to join our friends again for another fun night. Our town has grown tremendously and a lot has changed but I am so thankful the traditions on the square are still going strong 28 years later. Morg and I are no longer the girls marching in the Homecoming and Christmas parades or the ones sitting on Santa's lap; we are now sharing those special traditions w/our children...and it's even better!
