Sunday Snapshots

I can't believe Thanksgiving has come and gone...tomorrow is Monday and it's back to work and school. Fifteen days and then it's Christmas vacation...YIPEE! We've been going non-stop since Wednesday and my head is still spinning so I'm short on words but have plenty of snapshots to share. Enjoy!

Playing dress up w/cousin Presley is always fun but we have to be creative w/the boys so they don't end up in a Fancy Nancy outfit and pink glass (plastic) slippers. Thank goodness for hats, sunglasses and the rockin pink Barbie guitar.

We took a little field trip to the new Rockwall library. Believe it or not, Keller used his inside voice so we didn't get asked to leave. Kase found 3 books and wanted to spend the afternoon reading at the library...he's such a little boy genius! Don't let Keller fool you into thinking he sat still for a book...just long enough for a picture. He'd already found a nickel and wanted to play baseball with it. Are they opposites or what?!?!

Kase was thankful this Thanksgiving for Maw-maw's homemade banana pudding...yummy!

Kase & Papa spent some quality time today playing Leapster and making things out of pipe cleaners. Can you tell they are "special pals"?

Aunt Phyllis had too many leaves in her yard so Keller wasn't interested in staying inside today. He wanted to be outside playing in them..until he got his feet wet and realized his socks were dirty. "Nat-e mommy, take them off and get me new ones!
I had a very cute picture of Lacy and I from Black Friday but somehow I lost it and I'm too tired to find it so no visual tonight. Yes, I was one of the crazy moms out Christmas shopping at 3:45 Friday morning but I promise I wasn't one of the ones fist fighting over a Barbie Jeep at Wal-mart. Is that not insane and what's very disturbing is the Jeep wasn't even on sale that much? What I went for was, otherwise, I would've taken one step into Walmart and turned right back around. It was mass chaos but we had a blast, got what we needed, stood in line for an hour and lived to tell about it. Thanks Lacy, I'm so glad I have a friend who's as crazy as I am when it comes to shopping on Black Friday! We're done so now we can sit back, relax and watch everyone else run around in a frenzy trying to get last minute gifts!
Night, night, don't let the bed bugs bite!
