Meet Nick...

I purchased the book Elf on the Shelf for the boys today and let me just tell you, it was a HUGE hit at our house. I knew Kase would love it but I wasn't sure how much Keller would enjoy it since he's still a little young. He wasn't paying much attention while I was explaining it to Kase but once I started reading, he was all ears. He sat still for the ENTIRE book and if you know Keller, then you know that's a big deal b/c he doesn't sit still for longer than 3 seconds. After reading the book, Kase decided to name our scout elf, Nick. I'm not sure where that came from but I'm thinking it has to do w/St. Nick. The boys showed him the Christmas tree, the chimney and told him what they wanted for Christmas before we tucked him into his bed (the garland on the mantle) for the night. Wonder where he'll be in the morning?!?
