Karate Kid

On Saturday, Keller spent the morning celebrating Maddoc's 4th birthday. He is one of Keller's new little friends from school so he was the only one invited to the party; however, he wanted his big brother to come along this time. I had to bribe Kase to go b/c he thought since he was 6 and they were 4 that he was way too cool for a "baby" party. He packed a bag of books and brought his pretend laptop but ended up not playing with any of it. Maddoc's mom was so sweet and tried to get him to join in but he decided to hang out w/mommy and watch the little ones in action.

Neither of the boys have ever experienced karate so this was a fun morning for them. Even though Kase didn't participate, he certainly enjoyed watching...and so did I. The kids were precious and had the best time learning new moves and making the noises to go along with them.

Keller wasn't ready for the fun to end but couldn't wait to get home to show daddy all of his new moves. The party was such a big hit that Keller is now asking when we can go back to that "fun place". Move over Daniel Larusso, there's a new Karate Kid in town...

and he likes blue cupcakes!
