Three weeks later...

and I just realized I never posted about our wonderful Easter weekend with family and friends.  Yeah, you could say I'm a little behind. 

Life is just too darn busy these days...and just keeps getting busier and busier.  Things are moving way too fast for me. How is it already May 2nd? Wasn't it just February?

We had our annual neighborhood Easter egg hunt Friday night,

went to Church and dinner Saturday evening, and then celebrated with family on Easter Sunday. It was pretty simple but that's just the way we like it.  I was determined to keep the focus on the true meaning of Easter Sunday because I'm guilty of getting caught up in the extra stuff.  The stuff that doesn't really matter.  I wanted this year to be different and I think it was...Easter baskets weren't excessive and I didn't even buy the boys coordinating outfits for church.  I just let them pick out something from their closets and off we went.  They looked precious and more importantly, they were comfortable and proud of their choices.  Too bad you can't see how cute they looked because I didn't take one pic.  Shame on me!  

Speaking of pictures...the picture above is a perfect example of why I'm always the one behind the lens and not in front.

Hellooooo, Tony, did you not notice Keller grabbing himself? That's really what I want to see in a picture. But then again, I live with 3 boys so what should I expect?

I clearly don't stand a chance when it comes to "boy stuff" but they're my world and what a blessing it is to be a part of theirs.
